Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note, orders are only shipped on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays.
Shipping Time
Once your order is shipped, it generally takes 12 to 15 business days to arrive. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors such as holidays or weather conditions.
Shipping Costs
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee for all orders. Shipping costs will be calculated and presented to you at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can easily follow your package’s journey.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it right away to ensure a timely delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they are submitted. Please double-check your order details before confirming.
Failed Deliveries
If the carrier is unable to deliver the package due to incorrect address information, we are not responsible for any re-shipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure your order is carefully packed and shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at sales@cloth-out.com. We’ll be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
